Sebastian Fischer is CEO, shareholder and has been part of PRIMUS since 2017. He has extensive experience in various areas of the real estate industry, which he gained, among others, at JLL, initially in the Investment division, later as a consultant to the CEO EMEA Corporate Finance in Frankfurt and London, as well as at Engel & Völkers. At Engel & Völkers he built up the sales department for project developments in Berlin as a partner and managing director. In this function he got to know the partners of PRIMUS. Sebastian holds an MBA from ESCP Europe, Paris.
Chief People Officer
Kerstin Kage is CPO and has been with PRIMUS since 2011. For many years, she was responsible for finance and human resources as an authorized signatory. Since 2021, Kerstin has been in charge of the “Human Resources” division as a member of the Management Board. She has gathered experience in a Berlin law firm with a focus on construction and real estate law and has extensive notarial knowledge. In addition, she completed her studies to become a business lawyer (LL.B).
Chief Financial Officer
David Neuhoff is CFO, shareholder and has been part of PRIMUS since 2023. He has many years of experience as a real estate investor and transactional lawyer in the areas of real estate, corporate law and M&A. He has managed and advised on transactions with a volume of over €2 billion, including financing, acquisition and sale of several large-volume project developments. Prior to joining PRIMUS, David founded and managed LINUS, an investment platform specialized in real estate private debt. Prior to that David spent several years at the international commercial law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, then Berwin Leighton Paisner. David studied law at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and is a fully qualified lawyer.

Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PRIMUS as well as founding partner and qualified tax lawyer at LAMBSDORFF Rechtsanwälte, specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and corporate finance.
Keith Fischer is a member of the Supervisory Board at PRIMUS as well as Partner and Senior Managing Director of Kildare Partners. As a certified real estate expert with a degree in business administration, he has held various positions in the real estate and finance industry since 1989, including at Hines, Orion Capital Managers, Lehman Brothers, Frankonia Eurobau and Varde Partners.
Christopher Muhr is a member of the Supervisory Board at PRIMUS as well as a renowned entrepreneur and business angel. With a degree in business administration, he is regularly involved in the development and expansion of various successful companies through investments and advisory board mandates, including most recently as COO of Auto1 and co-founder of Citydeal.
