Jan Schöniger New Head of Transactions at PRIMUS

Berlin, March 15, 2021. PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading Berlin project developer, has appointed Jan Schöniger as the new Head of Transactions with effect from March 1st, 2021. In the newly created position, Schöniger is responsible for the company’s project acquisitions. “With Jan Schöniger we have gained a proven expert for real estate investments and transactions. With him we will drive our expansion not only in Berlin, but also in other locations in Germany, ”says Sebastian Fischer, CEO of PRIMUS Immobilien AG. PRIMUS currently has 38 projects in progress with a project development volume of around EUR 900 million.

“The PRIMUS has a strong position in the premium segment and sets standards in the industry with its quality. I’m looking forward to a successful future together, ”says Jan Schöniger. He can look back on around 15 years of experience in the real estate investment sector in Germany and most recently was Head of Project Acquisition Berlin at Euroboden for several years. Before that, he held a managerial position at other well-known companies in the real estate industry.

Jan Schöniger completed an architecture degree at the TU Darmstadt and is a registered architect. He is a real estate economist (IRE | BS), member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and also volunteers on the board of IMMOEBS.

PRIMUS Immobilien AG is a leading project development company in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Since 1993, it has been developing, planning and building residential, commercial and holiday properties with a total of 81 employees. The person-managed AG is not listed and is represented by the board members Franz-Josef Marxen, Klaus Prokop and Sebastian Fischer.
