NEW SHAREHOLDER AT PRIMUS IMMOBILIEN AG

Berlin, August 24th, 2020. Sebastian Fischer is the new shareholder of PRIMUS Immobilien AG and has taken over 33.3% of the shares as part of a share purchase and capital increase. The group of shareholders thus consists in equal parts of Fischer and the two long-standing shareholders and board members Franz-Josef Marxen and Klaus Prokop. PRIMUS Immobilien AG is a leading Berlin project development and construction company with a current project development volume of around one billion euros. The company focuses primarily on the development, construction and renovation of residential properties in the high-quality segment in Berlin and on the Baltic coast.

With the acquisition of shares, PRIMUS Immobilien AG is setting the course for a long-term position. Fischer has been a board member at PRIMUS since 2017 and has significantly expanded corporate activities since joining the company. For example, the company has open to institutional investors and capital partners. Sebastian Fischer looks back on almost 15 years of experience in the Berlin real estate market. He studied business administration and holds an MBA from ESCP Europe.

In the course of expanding the group of shareholders, there are changes in the supervisory board. Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff, attorney at law, continues to chair the chair. New: Christopher Muhr and Keith Fischer, two proven experts from the fields of corporate development, capital and real estate markets.

Keith Fischer has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and private equity segment.
