PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer in Berlin, starts sales at Davoser Strasse 5 – 5d in Berlin-Schmargendorf. The company is building four spacious townhouses there with a total area of approximately 925 square meters.
The concept was developed together with the architects Wiegand/Hoffmann. The British-style townhouses have a total living space of about 925 square meters. The houses with up to four bedrooms extend over three storeys and each offer a living space of between 213 and 249 square metres. In addition to high-quality furnishings, ceilings up to 3.10 meters high ensure an open and spacious impression.
